Brendan Sodikoff, the guy behind Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar and Maude's Liquor Bar, opens a high-concept diner serving griddled burgers, foie gras terrine, and General Tso's fried chicken with dried chili and brown sugar glaze. This is also one of the few diners with a full-service bar offering a nice selection of beers on draft and craft cocktails.
