Cira - Chicago
Boka Restaurant Group--which was named James Beard's "Outstanding Restaurateur of the Year" in 2019--teams up with B. Hospitality (The Bristol, Formento, Swift & Sons, et al) for an all-day Mediterranean eatery at the Hoxton Chicago hotel.
The restaurant is located on the lobby level of the hotel and features chef Chris Pandel's interpretation of Mediterranean fare. All-day dining includes brunch.
Highlights on the dinner menu range from pomegranate-glazed quail to a number of hand-made pastas to a dry-aged rib-eye that's slow cooked over the hearth. For those who'd like to upgrade their experience at Cira and taste a variety of dishes, there's the "feast of Cira," a family-style feast of Mediterranean flavors served for the entire table, reflecting the season and available ingredients. It varies from table to table.
