Celebrated pastry chef Dana Cree teams up with the proprietor of Bang Bang Pie Co. for this artisan ice cream shop.
The former executive pastry chef for Blackbird and Publican, Cree offers frozen treats based on her first book, "Hello, My Name Is Ice Cream: The Art and Science of the Scoop," which was released in 2017. Her original recipes range from chocolate peanut butter brownie crunch and Ricky's pretzel coffee toffee to strawberry sherbet. The venue is located in Logan Square, just down the street from Bang Bang Pie Co.
