Salero - Chicago

Modern Spanish cuisine is re-interpreted at the sparkling Salero by the team behind popular Lakeview eatery Wood. Guests will find an extensive selection of pinxtos--the Basque region's equivalent of tapas--plus sherry, Spanish wines, gins, sangria and more behind the bar.

Salero is situated in the heart of the bustling West Loop neighborhood--and only minutes away from the downtown theater district--so before or after dinner there is plenty to do.

In addition to attending performances at the Cadillac, Oriental or Goodman theaters, diners may indulge in a tipple or two at the likes of Booze Box, Fox Bar, Publican or The Betty. They're all stylish and contemporary with great craft cocktail and beer programs.

At Salero, guests may start their meals with share-able bites like salumi, grilled carrots or glazed pork belly. To get the full experience, diners are encouraged to order the family-style tapas tasting menu, which is $45 per person and custom-designed for each table.
